Thanks for supporting handmade knits - I’m thrilled to have you here! By using my website and purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully - I’ve kept them as clear and friendly as my knits.

1. About MADEBYKNOT

MADEBYKNOT is a small, London-based brand making handmade, personalised knits. Every piece is crafted with care, so slight variations and imperfections are part of the charm.

2. Orders

All items are made to order, so please check your personalisation carefully before completing your order.

Personalisation

When purchasing Ready-Made KNOTS, you can add personalisation details (such as names or initials) directly on the product page before placing your order.

Please note that once knitting has begun, I’m unable to make changes or correct any spelling errors—so be sure to double-check all details carefully before submitting your order.

Yarn Selection & Care
I carefully select yarns for quality and comfort. Each knit comes with a care card to help it last for years - please follow these instructions and handle your knits gently.

Yarn Type & Composition
Each product listing specifies the yarn used (e.g. 10% wool, 90% acrylic). Please refer to the product page and your care card for exact fibre content, along with guidance on how to wash and dry your item.

Special Note for Children’s Knits
Some knits are designed for children. While they are made to be sturdy, I cannot be held liable for damage caused by rough play, pulling, or stretching. Handmade knits are delicate by nature, so young wearers should be supervised accordingly.

3. Payment

I accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other checkout options on the site.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Returns & Refunds

As all items are handmade and personalised, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds. Some knits are designed for children. While they are made to be sturdy, I cannot be held liable for damage caused by rough play, pulling, or stretching. Handmade knits are delicate by nature, so young wearers should be supervised accordingly.

Knits are delicate, so please handle them gently.
