Returns & Refunds 

Every KNOT piece is handmade with care, stitch by stitch. Because of this, each knit is naturally unique - slight variations and imperfections are part of its charm, and something I hope you’ll love.

All measurements are clearly provided for each piece. As every personalised item is made just for you, returns and refunds aren’t available. Please check sizing carefully before ordering, as handmade knitwear may run smaller than mass-produced brands.

Handmade knits are delicate by nature, so please handle your KNOT gently and follow the care guide provided to help it last for years to come.

Due to each item being personalised, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

Special note for children’s knits

Some pieces are designed for little ones. While they’re made to be sturdy, I can’t be held responsible for damage caused by rough play, pulling, or stretching. Please supervise young wearers to keep your knits looking their best.
