Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting handmade, personalised knits! Every piece is made with care, stitch by stitch, so processing times depend on the complexity of your knit.

Processing Time

Ready-Made KNOTS - 1-2 weeks to add personalisation

KNOT Your Way - 5-6 weeks dependant on design requested (estimated simple design)

During busy periods, processing may take a little longer - I’ll always keep you updated.

Each knit is unique, so thank you for your patience while I craft it just for you.

Shipping

Currently I only ship to the UK.

Shipping costs provided at checkout.

Risk passes to you once the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Delivery Times (Estimated Royal Mail)

• 1st Class - 1-2 business days
• 2nd Class - 3-5 business days
